took a walk around the neighborhood this morning.. went to the church tower and stayed there until the sun started to hurt my eyes. then went to the wet market just because. i love going there, people are so warm.. and so alive.. they are all smiles and get your attention by calling out ‘ganda!’. of course i have to get my glass of freshly opened, cold as fuck coconut juice which cost only five pesos. so yea.. that’s my hood… and oh, the church i mentioned earlier, Taal Basilica, is the largest Catholic Church in Asia. another thing, our house is five minutes away from the lake where you can see Taal volcano, only the smallest volcano on planet earth. its too dope, i know. back to Makati tomorrow tho.
